Ask the studioHow do I choose a notebook or sketchbook?
Start with your medium. Ruled pages suit writing, dotted pages work well for flexible planning, and plain paper leaves space for sketches. For wet media, check the product’s paper weight and suitability rather than assuming every notebook can take watercolour.
What should I check before choosing art materials?
Read the materials, dimensions, features and use-and-care details on the product page. Match paper to your medium and consider whether you need a portable set or a larger desk setup. Colours can appear different on different screens.
Where do you deliver?
Supported destinations are the 27 EU member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. The country selector at checkout lists these destinations. For island, remote-area or territorial addresses, contact us to check availability before submitting an order request.
Shipping & DeliveryHow much does shipping cost, and when is it free?
Standard delivery costs €4.90 and takes 1–8 business days from dispatch depending on the country (Poland 1–3). It is free when the merchandise subtotal is strictly over €75 before discounts; exactly €75 is not eligible. Express costs €9.90 with an estimate of 1–5 business days and is never free. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
Do I need an account, and how do I pay?
No account is required. Review your bag, enter delivery details and place your guest order. Payment is by bank transfer in EUR: after ordering you receive our bank details and use your order number as the reference. We dispatch once payment is received.
Order & Payment InformationWhich currencies and promotions can I use?
All prices are final consumer prices in EUR including VAT, plus shipping. EUR is the only currency of the contract; USD, GBP and PLN amounts are approximate, for information only, and you will be charged in EUR. Prices are saved with the order. Promo codes must be active, unexpired and meet any minimum spend; final prices and stock are checked again when you place the order.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact the studio promptly with your order number and requested correction. Changes depend on the order’s stage and cannot be promised after dispatch. Keep your private confirmation link for your records and avoid sharing it publicly.
Contact the studioCan I return goods or request a refund?
A 14-day withdrawal right applies to eligible EU distance purchases. Notify us clearly, then return goods within the applicable period. Personalised products may have lawful exceptions; stationery is not automatically excluded. Statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
Refund PolicyHow do I save or print my order?
Your thank-you page shows the order number, items, contact details, delivery address and totals. Choose Print Order to print the acknowledgment or save it as a PDF through your browser. This record is not proof of payment or a tax invoice.
What is saved in my browser?
